As you are out here in the world, shining, using your gifts, loving people, working hard, giving, serving, building your career or business, trying to eat right and be healthy too, make sure you consistently make time for rest.

Some may say you can rest when you are dead, but remember if you don’t rest, you will take your body, mind, and spirit into exhaustion, making you ineffective and depleted, sometimes depressed, confused, and a host of other things. I know you want to do it all, and you can🤗. Just make  sure you still make time to get your much needed rest. Proper rest is nourishment. It allows you to re-energize, gives your body and mind a chance to become revitalized. Spiritually, when God instructs is to take rest in Him, it means we are to trust Him completely. Think of someone being behind you to catch you when you fall, or holding you so that though you lean back, you don’t hit the ground. That’s just how our Daddy God wants you to put your every worry, concern, and stress into his hands. Do your part, Remaining prayerful and obedient, do the work, walk by faith, Love, forgive, Grow, and be excellent.

He can handle the rest❤️❤️❤️.
